The matter

Advice and representation of a French distributor of medical equipment for aesthetic practitioners, on the French and North African markets, in the dispute with its long-standing American supplier following the abrupt termination of a commercial partnership of close to twenty years. Proceedings were brought before the French Commercial Court having jurisdiction, followed by the out-of-court negotiation of compensation for the harmful consequences of the termination, within confidential mandat ad hoc proceedings (article L. 611-3 of the French Commercial Code).
