Corporate distress From the first warning to the completion of the plan, by way of the mandat ad hoc, conciliation and insolvency proceedings. We act for the company seeking to survive as well as for whoever is coming to acquire it. Disputes and director liability Litigation whose stakes exceed the point of law that gave rise to it. Shareholder disputes, personal claims against directors, and the mobilisation of D&O policies.
