Leslie Mankikian advises French and foreign companies on a daily basis in company law, in commercial contracts, in employment law and in reorganisation.
She regularly advises her clients on the formation, the acquisition and the disposal of businesses, where the quality of the preparation settles what follows more surely than the final drafting does.
After two professional Master II courses at Tours and at Paris-Dauphine, she was sworn in at the Paris Bar in 2008. She learned her trade at NS2A alongside former partners of Landwell, before joining in 2011 the firm Philippon & Associés, established in Paris and in Saint-Barthélemy, with which she still works.
She joined the firm in 2017.
