Nathalie Malazdra
Member of the Paris Bar
A member of the Paris Bar since 2005, Nathalie Malazdra has practised in business law for more than 20 years. Trained in business law by a DEA from the university Paris I and in intellectual property by a DESS in digital law from the universities Paris I and Paris XI, she acts in advisory work as much as in litigation, for companies, young companies, mid-sized companies and family offices, and for their directors.
She began with Cahen & Associés, alongside Bernard Cahen, before joining other firms, among them Brunswick & Associés, and then setting up on her own account in 2012.
She advises her clients on their routine matters, commercial contracts and the life of their companies, as much as on their exceptional transactions, equity and capital operations, restructurings and external growth, with a rigorous and pragmatic approach.
Her litigation practice covers disputes between shareholders, civil and commercial liability, contractual disagreements and those disputes which arise out of business relationships and out of their termination. She acts at every stage of a dispute, from the analysis of the risk and the setting of the strategy through to representation before the State courts and the arbitral tribunals, giving preference, where that is appropriate, to alternative methods of dispute resolution.
Her practice is guided by a requirement of clarity, of responsiveness and of strategy, with a constant concern for solutions suited to the legal and economic stakes of each matter.
She joined the firm in 2025.
