Sarah Mincel

A member of the Paris Bar since 2013, Sarah Mincel holds a Master II Juriste fiscaliste (tax law) from the university Paris V Descartes and a Master II Gestion du patrimoine privé et professionnel (private and business wealth management) from the university Paris II Panthéon-Assas.

Before joining the firm, of which she has been a partner since 2024, she spent several years with Fidal, acting for French and foreign clients. She practises in tax and advises companies on their day-to-day management as much as on their restructuring transactions.

She also handles the structuring of acquisitions and transfers of assets, private and business alike, movable as well as immovable, and she has developed a practice in the taxation of the art market.

Drawing on the experience she gained working with a former member of the tax administration, and attentive to a subject that never ceases to shift, she assists clients when an audit or a dispute arises, and supports them in establishing and monitoring their filing obligations.
