Thomas Alho Antunes

Partner, member of the Paris Bar

Thomas Alho Antunes has acted for more than 15 years on every aspect of business law, in advisory work as much as in litigation, before the civil and commercial courts.

He assists companies, their directors and their shareholders on a daily basis in the management and the resolution, whether by agreement or through the courts, of the legal difficulties to which corporate life gives rise.

A large part of his activity is devoted to the treatment of companies in difficulty, a field in which he holds a university diploma from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. He acts very regularly in preventive procedures, whether mandat ad hoc or conciliation, in insolvency proceedings, whether safeguard proceedings, reorganisation proceedings or compulsory liquidation, and in the disputes to which they give rise, in particular in matters of personal and patrimonial liability. He does so alongside debtors and their directors as readily as alongside shareholders, creditors, purchasers and court-appointed officers.

He works regularly with the various participants in the turnaround market and has acquired genuine experience of the handling of crisis situations.

He joined Cahn Avocats in 2009, first as an associate, before becoming a partner in 2024. He has practised as a member of the Paris Bar since 2012.
