The matter

Advising and representing the director and sole shareholder of a cosmetics company in compulsory liquidation, in the proceedings brought against her by a French bank and a debt securitisation fund. Exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of a disputed claim provided for by the French Civil Code (article 1699), following the assignment as a block, in the course of the proceedings, of the disputed principal claim by the bank to the securitisation fund.
