The matter

Advising and representing the de jure and de facto directors of a French and Algerian group of companies distributing cosmetics, alcohol and tobacco, in the liability proceedings brought against them by the court-appointed liquidator of the liquidated companies. The matter was conducted with the support of their insurer, whose contractual undertaking protects their liability by funding their defence and the risks to which they are exposed.
