The matter

Advice and representation in litigation for the Paris-listed parent company of a French group of industrial businesses in the transport and logistics sectors, employing more than three hundred people in France, in arguing for and obtaining the annulment of safeguard proceedings imposed on it by a subsidiary without any adversarial debate and indeed without its knowledge, on a ground so exceptional that many of those concerned, including legal and accountancy professionals, took time to understand it.
