Preventive support for an underperforming industrial group

The matter

Out-of-court and preventive assistance to the management of a group of industrial companies manufacturing and selling climatic test chambers, with turnover of more than ten million euros and close to eighty employees, newly controlled by two investment funds, in order to reschedule the financial and bank debt raised to acquire the group, with the support of a mandataire ad hoc, later appointed conciliator, consistently with the group’s capacity and its revised forecasts.
