Advice and representation in litigation for one of four siblings, co-heirs to the estate of their father, who had founded luxury estate agencies among the most highly regarded in France, in order to re-establish the value of the trading businesses and of the other assets by compelling, through the courts, a discussion until then refused, which would in the end allow a solution to be reached by agreement between the parties.
