The matter

Defence of the liability of the former director of a subsidiary of a failed French communications and marketing group, with turnover of fifty million euros and more than two hundred and fifty employees, sued by the court-appointed liquidator. The work, conducted with the support of the Paris Public Prosecutor’s Office, allowed the true position to be established as to information, documents and legal characterisations that had been concealed or overlooked, and several counterclaims to be brought, one of them for abuse of process.
